A Tale of Two Wallet

Nabiki is often considered no more than a background character, a money grubbing mercenary with no appreciable martial arts ability to compete with her younger sister or keep up with Ranma and the martial artists of Nerima, but what if, through a slight wrinkle in fate, it was *Nabiki* who became engaged to Ranma? What if instead of being shocked by his transformation, she saw a chance to not only make a buck, but also end her loneliness, and grab the attention for herself for once? And how will a non-combatant fiancée be able to handle the many, varied, and violent forces trying to tear Ranma away from her?...

Prologue and Chapter 1 - Sometimes your fate can be decided in a single moment, but what if you made a different choice and followed an alternate path of destiny that leads in a different direction? That is the choice a mysterious stranger offers Nabiki Tendo as time loops around and we see the path of fate where two souls are bound together on a path neither one had dreamed of pursuing...

Chapter 3 - Nabiki is now officially betrothed to Ranma, but can she cope with the sudden changes wrought on her once stable and relatively normal life? When a strange boy comes looking for revenge Nabiki's feelings for her new iinazuke are put to the test, as well as her self-image as she confronts the perils of romance in Nerima

Chapter 4 - See how the battle of the sexes progresses in the next installment when a new boy hits town and shakes things to the rafters…

Chapter 5 - Life with Ranma is proving to be anything but dull, yet now that the Black Rose has entered the picture Nabiki is forced to control her growing affection for her troublesome iinazuke, which forces her into making an important decision

Chapter 6 - Nabiki + Camera + Ranma = Trouble!

Chapter 7 - Just when Nabiki has come to accept Ranma as her iinazuke a new challenger arrives in the form of a Chinese Amazon. How will Nabiki cope with Shampoo, a girl who is almost Ranma's equal as a fighter?

Chapter 8 - Next time we see just exactly how Nabiki tries to cope with her Shampoo situation. Somebody's memories are about to get scrambled, and will Nabiki lose the thing she most prizes besides money?.

Chapter 9 - Nabiki sets her plan to trap Shampoo into motion, but has she underestimated the Purple Haired wonder? And what is Kasumi's role in bringing her and the Amazon closer together?

Chapter 10 - Everything you thought you knew about Shampoo but were afraid to ask...

Chapter 11 - Time has passed but the memory of Shampoo's visit has not been forgotten. Now Ranma and Nabiki have to deal with a "package" sent by the Amazon, who presents for both of them some unusual surprises...

Chapter 12 - The other half of the Nekoken adventure, then Nabiki decides to take Ranma on ice for a little skating lesson…be there.

Chapter 13 - As Nabiki prepares for the challenge of the Golden Pair she turns to a curious ally, and meanwhile Shampoo has returned to Nerima. What is the truth behind the curious "pet" that Nabiki has adopted, and will Ranma ever get up the nerve to finally kiss his iinazuke?

Chapter 14 - Shampoo confronts Nabiki, and then on to Ice-Skating!

Chapter 15 - The Match is on…and with victory goes the Pussy--ah! Cat! Be there…(Sweat Bullets…nice Sham-chan--OUCH!!!)

Chapter 16 - Sham-chan exposed! Cologne makes her move and Ranma now has to face the challenge of the Cat Tongue...and who is this mysterious Lore Master that everyone keeps talking about, the formidable Lotion?

Chapter 17 - The training begins, but will Ranma and Nabiki survive it?

Chapter 18 - The Lore Master arrives, and Ranma learns how to pluck Chestnuts…be there!

Chapter 19 - Nabiki faces Lotion the Lore Master, but what does this mysterious Elder really want with the middle Tendo daughter, and how does it affect her engagement to Shampoo and Ranma?

Chapter 20 - As if Ranma and Nabiki weren't having enough problems, now an old friend from his past has come into town with an old grudge against both Ranma and Genma. Can Nabiki and Shampoo combine forces to deal with the new threat posed by this strange boy who calls himself Ukyo Kuonji?

Chapter 21 - Now that Ukyo is finally in the picture things will really start to warm up on the griddle…be there when Ryoga makes his fateful return to Nerima...will Akane be ready?

Chapter 22 - The Tendo family goes on a little ski trip, and Ryoga begins his training with Cologne…

Chapter 23 - What could be more relaxing than a trip to the countryside? Nabiki learns first hand that training missions are no Picnic!

Chapter 24 - Some visitors drop by the dojo while Ranma and Nabiki train in preparation of the confrontation with Ryoga…be there!

Chapter 25 - Two women from Genma and Soun's past have arrived in Nerima while Ranma and Nabiki continue to train for the big showdown with Cologne and Ryoga...but will the eternally Lost Boy survive the Horrors of Akane's cooking...?

Chapter 26 - Training shifts into high gear while Ukyo gets involved while Silk and Comb relive "old times" with Soun Tendo…and how soon until Genma gets the word and heads for the high country?

Chapter 27 - More background on Soun Tendo's misspent youth, and Ryoga make a little revelation to Akane…

Chapter 28 - The battle between Ranma and Ryoga is only a prelude, it's coming up very soon, I promise!

Chapter 29 - The big showdown arrives, it's Ranma versus Ryoga with Akane and Nabiki at odds over the outcome. When push comes to shove, however, will there be winners and losers, or are Lotion and Cologne planning a different kind of resolution?

Chapter 30 - Akane's resolution, Ukyo's doubts and the return home to find more surprises all around…be there!

Chapter 31 - It's everyone versus the Devil Hunter Kachu with Kasumi's fate hanging in the balance. The Evil Oni is loose, and can Nabiki withstand its terrible temptations?

Chapter 32 - Kachu versus everyone with the fate of Kasumi riding in the balance, and what about that Oni? Will Ukyo at long last have her revenge, and what will Soun say when he gets a look at the new arrival? The fun's only just getting started with even more twists upon the way, so hang onto your Okinomiyaki carts as we get down to the business of witnessing the Devil in Miss Kasumi!

Chapter 33 - The terrifying power of Kasumi unleashed.

Chapter 34 - It is the calm between the storms where Ranma and Nabiki begin trying to sort out their budding three-way relationship with Shampoo, but will their hopes for a happy union be shadowed by the demons of the past that once was a part of the lives of their respective fathers?

Chapter 35 - Happy Hour has come to town, so why is the party coming at the expense of our Happy clan from Nerima? Will Kasumi survive a night in the Kuno Household, and will Tofu ever survive the Honeymoon with Kachu? Soon will come the epic battle of wills as things really start to happen! Will it be the Accountant versus the Pervert as Ranma and Nabiki learn yet another sordid secret from the misbegotten past of their elders?

Chapter 36 - Things are not going according to someone's plans, and wait until you see the hangover in the morning! As Comb prepares to give Ranma a much-needed lesson about women, a certain old codger prepares to make his presence known to a pair of wayward students. What fate lies in store for Kasumi as she spends a night in the Kuno household, and how does Kachu accommodate herself to the unexpected niceness of her new husband? Are things going to be all hearts and flowers for our denizens of Nerima, or have matters only just begun to become complicated?

Chapter 37 - The so-called "Most Evil Martial Arts Master in the World" has entered the picture, now how will Ranma and Nabiki cope with this dark aspect to the jaded past of their parents? And what will become of this star-crossed duo and their companion, Shampoo, when Nodoka finally enters the picture? read as their rendezvous with fate draws near and a promise once made is sincerely regretted, and whatever else threatens their happiness on the near horizon…

Chapter 38 - Guess who's coming to dinner in Nerima? Can anybody describe the proper recipe for sliced Panda? And what about that date everyone keeps mentioning between Shampoo and Ucchan? Find out about all this and more as Tofu takes Kachu shopping, and other potential natural disasters!

Chapter 39 - Ukyo and Shampoo's date continues, Genma fesses up about his agreement with Nodoka and Tofu has a heart-to-heart confession with Kachu...all this and Happosai...

Chapter 41 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - What is in that seemingly harmless bucket of water" you ask? Well, if you've seen the original Anime and/or the Vid you've got a pretty good idea what Mousse intends to do here, but will he succeed in his dastardly plan? And if he does, will it mean Duck Flambé when he's the target of the mutual wrath of several other people who get caught in the crossfire? Chapter 42 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - Ranma and Nabiki confront...the terrors of Motherhood!

Chapter 43 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - The cat is out of the bag, and now Ranma knows about Nodoka! Can Nabiki overcome the resolve of the formidable head of Clan Saotome, and will she manage to keep Ranma alive long enough to prove that he has become manly?

Chapter 44 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - Kasumi may have walked into Kodachi's lair, but who is the fly and who is the spider? For this and other questions please stay tune to our continuing Nabiki and Ranma saga as the gang tries to sort out the recent changes in their lives, while Akane muses, If I had a Hammer...

Chapter 45 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - Out of the frying pan, onto the grill as Kasumi meets the terror of Furinkan high when Principal Kuno arrives back in Nerima. And what of Ukyo and her plans to "make things right" between her and Ranma? And what of Atsuko Hibiki, who is on her own quest to be reunited with a clueless Ryoga?

Chapter 46 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - As if the Tendo household was not in enough of an uproar, enter Hibiki Atsuko to make Comb's day complete! Genma has a close encounter with a lawyer, while Kodachi and Kasumi each separately deal with the consequences of a kiss that was stolen, and what's going on with Ukyo in the land of the Amazons as she comes face to face with a young girl by the name of Lotion...?

Chapter 47 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - Atsuko and Comb dish it out while Ukyo finds herself in the middle of an Amazon power struggle, and Nabiki wonders what's wrong with Kasumi, who seems less than her usual cheerful self for some reason...

Chapter 48 - (Revision date 04-15-2000) - Kodachi and Kasumi have a "nice chat" together, What fiendish plan has Kodachi for our gentle domestic, and does Kasumi want to escape this diabolical fate? while Atsuko comes clean about the origins of her son, Ryoga, The question of Ryoga's parentage is resolved as matters grow even more tense and complicated in the Tendo household, and what about the power struggle that seems to be raging within the Amazon High Council?  a decision is made with the Amazons of China that will have consequences on events in Nerima, Ukyo confronts Ambergris and learns why things go better with a little dab of Lotion while Shampoo resolves to finalize things with her reluctant Airen... (yea!!!)

Chapter 49 - (Revision date 06-15-1999) - Shampoo finally has a long delayed "talk" with both of her Airen...

Chapter 50 - (Revision date 06-20-1999) - "There's got to be a morning after, and in Nabiki's case it's awakening in bed with the two people she most loves, only to discover that their home is now sporting a new houseguest by the name of Kodachi..."

Chapter 51 - (Revision date 06-24-1999) - From out of no where Principal Kuno strikes, forcing Ranma, Nabiki and the gang on the defensive! Ukyo returns to Japan with her peculiar entourage in tow, while Kasumi and Kodachi spend some quality time together...

Chapter 52 - (Revision date 06-30-1999) - "Ranma, Shampoo and Nabiki attend classes, only to learn that Principal Kuno is about to spring some diabolical surprises, and what of Tatewaki, who must bear the stain to his honor of admitting this fool really is his father?

Chapter 53 - (Revision date 06-30-1999) - Nabiki, Ranma and Shampoo fight sight by side against the maniac principal with the help of their new ally...TATEWAKI KUNO??? Meanwhile at the Tendo place guests are dropping in from all around, causing a certain panda to sweat as one of them turns out to be...Nodoka!

Chapter 54 - (Revision date 07-08-1999) - Forces gather around the Tendo dojo, and some of them are hungry relations! Cologne confronts the mistakes of her past while Shampoo, Nabiki and Ranma prepare to confront their destiny together, and what's going down between Ukyo and Akane?

Chapter 55 - (Revision date 07-08-1999) - The truth about Lotion is finally revealed to Shampoo, and Cologne is in deep miso! Ranma and the gang try to hunt for a vanished Amazon, only to discover something totally unexpected about Shampoo's past that may affect her relationship, while Ukyo tries to make sense of the new curse that has befallen Akane!

Chapter 56 - (Revision date 07-08-1999) - The truth about Cologne revealed, and Ukyo makes an offer that Ranma cannot refuse...or can he? How will Ryoga's fate be affected by the Jusenkyo water "Who will be cured and who will remain cursed, and what is the secret that Cologne has been hiding all of these years?"

Chapter 57 - (Revision date 07-22-1999) - Guess who's coming to dinner, Ranma! Can the gang host Nodoka at the table with the Tendos without exposing his dark secret, and who is that kid with the coin, and just WHO is it she's calling a Delinquent???

Chapter 58 - (Revision date 07-22-1999) - The cat is out of the bag and now Ranma and Genma are on trial for their life, but will Nabiki and company be able to save them when the Judge, Jury and Executioner is none other than Nodoka?

Chapter 59 - (Revision date 07-22-1999) - Kuno the chairman of the Board? Has the Mad Kendo artist regained possession of the wits no one ever suspected him of having? And in the aftermath of Nodoka's acceptance of Ranma and his curse, Silk decides to have some "fun" with Soun, while Shampoo has a serious "chat" with her significant others...

Chapter 60 - (Revision date 07-22-1999) -  Hinako's job interview is aided by Happosai, meanwhile the gang must sort out the grim news that Cologne brings regarding that missing Jusenkyo water...

Chapter 61 - (Revision date 07-24-1999) - Kuno resolves to take charge of his own affairs and close accounts with a certain sex-changing martial artist, while Shampoo makes her confession to Nabiki and Ranma regarding those chapters of her life that she has long kept hidden...

Chapter 62 - (Revision date 07-30-1999) - It's another cheerful morning on a schoolday, so Nabiki makes the mistake of accepting a "lift" from Shampoo and her new toy. Meanwhile the gang confronts the all new Kuno, and Shampoo's sisters are looking to pick up someone like him for a date, but will Miss Hinako play the chaparone for this outing...?

Chapter 63 - (Revision date 08-05-1999) - What business has Genma to keep him away from the affections of the ladies...and does he really need a reason? Ranma and the gang find out next time when they go to meet the terrifying power of the Law Firm known simply as Jun Mun Lun and associates.

Chapter 64 - (Revision date 08-13-1999) - Genma's in trouble and the gang is on its way to the rescue, but will their combined might be enough to deal with what awaits them, and how will Ukyo cope when an old flame from her past walks back into the picture?

Chapter 65 - (Revision date 08-19-1999) - Matters come to a head at the offices of Jun Mun Lun & Associates with the cavalry to the rescue, but can even this motley crew be in time to prevent Genma from eating Crow? Well, he's eaten a lot worse in his time, true...so be there!

Chapter 66 - (Revision date 09-03-1999) - The gang braves the lair of the Combat Lawyers, but who ultimately will be the victor when a certain demon sorceress chooses to make her entrance?

Chapter 67 - (Revision date 09-03-1999) - At long last the gang cronfronts Cybelle, Atsuko's demon-sorceress mother, who reveals her wicked plans like a true villain should, but meanwhile, what about those reported sightings of teenaged girls wearing fukus, and what of the rest of the crowd of concerned parties who are anxious to free Ranma and the others?

Chapter 68 - (Revision date 09-04-1999) - "The Showdown begins as the gang confronts Cybelle and her Combat Lawyers in a nock-down, drag-out fight, but will the heroes become casualties, and what really happens when Genma cuts loose in the middle of the action?"

Chapter 69 - (Revision date 09-06-1999) - There's no rest for the wicked, or for Nabiki herself as she perchances to dream about Lotion, and meanwhile Atsuko makes a startling revelation about Nodoka...

Chapter 70 - (Revision date 12-16-1999) - "It's Shampoo versus Ambergris in the title fight which will decide who is the better Amazon, while everyone else looks on and reflects upon the implications. Ukyo takes stock of her own curious situation while Cologne pays a long-delayed visit to see her father..."

Chapter 71 - (Revision date 12-31-1999) - After all the excitement they've been through, Ranma, Nabiki, Shampoo and the rest of the gang decide a peaceful day at the beach is in order, but then Life is a Beach when here comes Happosai!

Chapter 72 - (Revision date 01-07-2000) - Happosai with love pearls equals trouble, but what happens when magic is combined with magic to multiply the problem?

Chapter 73 - (Revision date 01-13-2000) - The chase is on as all Heck breaks loose on the beach as pearls galore stir up a hornets nest of mismatched engagements. Can Ranma and the gang cope with the mess caused by magic compounding magic, and will relationships survive or be reformed by what was wrought by Happosai?

Chapter 74 - (Revision date 01-14-2000) - The plot thickens like a lumpy oatmeal as more victims fall prey to the Pearls and their relationship-spawning magic, but when Lotion and Nabiki enter the scene will there be naught that they can do to avert a crisis, and will it be too late to avert all-out war between Ukyo and Ryoga over the issue of Akane?

Chapter 75 - (Revision date 01-16-2000) - "With all the manic activity hitting the beach, Lotion calls upon the services of an outside consultant, but is Nerima ready for the arrival of the Amazon known as Siren the Archmage?"

Chapter 76 - (Revision date 01-20-2000) - The power of the Pearls contained at last, but what is the fall out to result from this day of frantic sexual pandemonium, and will relationships among the main cast endure...and will Nodoka consider her actions "Manly?"

Chapter 77 - (Revision date 01-20-2000) - Just when things seem to be settling down for our cast and crew, into the picture strides a new girl looking for trouble, and how much trouble can she be? Well...it might help you to know that her family name is Hibiki...

Chapter 78 - (Revision date 01-20-2000) - Ranma goes back to the home he left over a decade ago, but can you really go back home, and what about the challenge match with Kennou Hibiki? Nabiki visits the Morisato residence and receives a divine revelation to remember... 

Chapter 79 - (Revision date 01-23-2000) - It's Hibiki versus Hibiki in a no-holds barred match to remember. Meanwhile Nabiki makes a discovery about an early childhood memory and has a face-to-face confrontation with a living Goddess, and what will be the result of such a transcendent encounter?

Chapter 80 - (Revision date 01-29-2000) - The call goes out and all around the world Hibikis begin to converge on Nerima. Nabiki continues to discover new things about her family's relationship with the Kami, and a romantic interlude leads to some thoughtful reflections...

Chapter 81 - (Revision date 01-29-2000) - A training session between Ukyo and her Aunt Yumi is interrupted by a visit from Makoto, and meanwhile Nabiki makes a discovery with disturbing implications as to her current engagement to Ranma...

Chapter 82 - (Revision date 01-29-2000) - From the depths of China arises a new power to challenge the forces arrayed in Nerima, but will she prove to be friend or foe to our young heroes? Yumi greets an old friend while Makoto and Ukyo attempt to sort out the state of their own relationship...and just when things start to look up, who do you suppose shows up to spoil Ukyo's party? 

Chapter 83 - (Revision date 01-29-2000) - Peorth pays a call on Nabiki while Ukyo goes to Ranma for advice (Desperate, ain't she?) and Soun gives his future son-in-law a present...

Chapter 84 - (Revision date 02-05-2000) - Peorth seeks out Akane to give her a little "motherly" advice while the Older Generation plots a war council, and Ukyo has another heart-to-heart talk with Makoto. Ranma prepares to give his future brides their engagement rings, and what could be more simple? The course of true love never flies true, but this poor boy is headed for a roller coaster!

Chapter 85 - (Revision date 02-05-2000) - Cybelle becomes aware that she has competition in town as Ganglot set up shop while Kuno makes plans that will have a significant impact on our heroes. Ukyo and Makoto further deepent their ties while Ranma confronts a vengeful Mousse, but will it be Nabiki who pays the price when the Half-blinded one unleashes his snares?

Chapter 86 - (Revision date 02-05-2000) - Razor hits port while Ganglot lays down the law for her two charges, and Minako learns of Ukyo's true nature. Nabiki confronts Mousse in a "winner takes all" match, and Shampoo demonstrates why it is never wise to treat an Amazon like a cupie doll in any contest...

Chapter 87 - (Revision date 02-05-2000) - Peorth gives Akane flying lessons while Kennou finds out why it's dangerous to tempt the fates in Nerima. Ganglot indulges her muse, the Senshi have a most unusual meeting, and Siren meets justice out to her wayward "Nephew," while Naomi takes stock of one of her acquisition holdings and decides to pay a visit to a certain dojo. All this and the crew of the Good Ship TWPOS! ^_^

Chapter 88 - (Revision date 02-11-2000) - Ukyo and Akane have a little chat while Ranma contemplates how to go about confirming an engagement. Ganglot welcomes some visitors to her abode while the adults gather to plot a defense against a hostile takeover, and what's the deal between Miss Hinako and Hapoposai? Is it possible to have too much of a good thing? Read on and see if even a Hentai has his limits...

Chapter 89 - (Revision date 02-11-2000) - Ganglot welcomes Ryomi into her life while trouble brews around the Tendo dojo, and Nabiki asks the question, "Is that an Elephant in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?"

Chapter 90 - (Revision date 02-19-2000) - Due to a slight misunderstanding NABIKI HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED! Now Ranma and the gang must travel to Nekonron China, while back at home things continue to gather about the Tendo dojo, and who will be coming to Nabiki's rescue?

Chapter 91 - (Revision date 02-19-2000) - The warm-up is over, now we get to the real fun in the next chapter.  What happened during Nabiki and Ranma's lost weekend, and what about Shampoo and Akane?  Will Ryoga and Ukyo be able to set aside their differences long enough to work together, and if so will Makoto be enough to turn the odds in their favor?  All that and more when we pick up the pace, for the race is on and may the better Man, Woman or Aquatransexual win!  So be there!

Chapter 92 - (Revision date 02-19-2000) - It's Shampoo and Akane against the Seven Lucky Gods Martial Artists with Nabiki as the prize in contention, but can they overcome the odds when Kirin holds all the aces, and what about the rest of the crew of the Good Ship Vinziens II steaming to their rescue? Can Ranma and Ryoga learn a new technique in time to help, and can anyone save Ukyo from the romanticmess she's gotten herself into?

Chapter 93 - (Revision date 02-19-2000) - "My Dinner with Kirin," with Nabiki and Shampoo as the Prince of Nekonron plays host, interrupted by a side-dish of trouble care of some "annoying" party crashers. Can Ranma and the gant triumph against the Seven Lucky God Martial Artists, or will the Tendos have to make out new wedding invitations?

Chapter 94 - (Revision date 02-18-2000) - The gang regroups to regather their energies for another attempt at a rescue, while back in Nerima a certain businesswoman takes stock of her options...

Chapter 95 - (Revision date 02-19-2000) - Nabiki and Shampoo make a desperate bid for freedom with the aid of Miss Hinako, but the cavalry is already on the way, and will this be a case of too many cooks spoiling the Pickle broth? Meanwhile Kirin wrestles with his conscience (pay-per-view rights courtesy of N. Tendo Industries) while Mon Mon reveals some of the intricacies of "Bridal Training." (WARNING, HENTAI MATERIAL! SOME MILD LIME SITUATIONS, YOU HAVE BEEN DULY WARNED!)
